Another big handful of updates!

Here's the partial changelog:

-Added more proper knockback and damage scaling. Some of the moves need to be tweaked

-Added hitlag. This will only occur on certain moves

-Gave her a forward charged attack.

-Changed her down aerial so that it flies straight down and does additional damage on impact with the ground.

-Added a neutral (i don't remember if it was there last time)

-Characters now spray sweat droplets when hit (this is a stylistic thing i am experimenting with)

-Tapping the right still will now execute air and tilt attacks
